Policies & Patient Forms
Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Please arrive on-time for your appointment so we can keep our schedule for other patient appointments and surgeries.
If you must cancel a scheduled appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours may result in a $25 charge.
Drop-Offs
For your convenience, drop-off appointments for established patients are available for certain types of visits. This allows you to bring your pet in at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. We normally ask that you to drop off your pet during morning hours so our doctors can examine him/her between appointments or at the time specifically reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is finished, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and provide you with discharge instructions.
Arriving at the Office
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make your pets feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, different surroundings, and other animals. Please restrain your pet on a leash or in a carrier before entering the waiting room.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered, unless other specific arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash, and personal checks (from established clients only). Please note: We do not accept personal checks from new clients and apologize for any inconvenience.
